Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services through the website prindinurk.ee.

1. General Terms

These terms of sale regulate the rights and obligations between Prindinurk OÜ and the customer when purchasing goods and services from the online store prindinurk.ee.

Prindinurk OÜ offers printing and textile solutions, including DTF printing, textile branding, ready-made transfers, heat press services, products made according to customer designs, and other related printing and production services.

By placing an order in the online store, the customer confirms that they have read the terms of sale, privacy policy, delivery information, and the procedure for returns and complaints.

Prindinurk OÜ reserves the right to change the terms of sale. The terms of sale applicable to an order are those in force at the time the order is placed.

2. Products and Services

The products and services sold in the online store are described next to the respective product or service.

Product images are illustrative. The color tones visible on the screen may differ from the actual product depending on the customer's screen settings, material, printing technology, and specific production process characteristics.

Prindinurk OÜ strives to ensure that the product information, prices, and availability presented in the online store are as accurate as possible. If there is an obvious error in the product price, description, or availability in the online store, Prindinurk OÜ has the right to clarify the order or refuse to fulfill it, informing the customer as soon as possible.

3. Prices

All prices presented in the online store are in euros.

Unless otherwise stated in the online store, prices include VAT.

Delivery or handling fees may be added to the price of the product or service. Delivery methods and associated fees are displayed when placing the order before payment is made.

Prindinurk OÜ reserves the right to change prices. If the customer has placed an order and paid for it, the price displayed at the time of placing the order applies.

4. Placing an Order

To place an order, the customer must select the desired product or service, add the necessary details, choose a suitable delivery and payment method, and confirm the order.

If the order includes a printing service, a personalized product, or a product made according to the customer's design, the customer must provide the necessary files, logos, designs, texts, or other information required to fulfill the order.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing the order is correct and complete.

The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the submitted print files, logos, designs, texts, and other materials are correct, of good quality, and do not infringe the rights of third parties.

The order is considered confirmed after payment is received or after written confirmation by Prindinurk OÜ.

5. Print Files, Logos and Designs

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the submitted print files, logos, texts, images, and designs are correct, suitable for production, and do not infringe the copyrights, trademark rights, or other rights of third parties.

Prindinurk OÜ has the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the material provided by the customer is illegal, offensive, infringes rights, is technically unsuitable for production, or is contrary to Prindinurk OÜ's values or operating procedures.

If Prindinurk OÜ notices an obvious technical problem before production, the company may contact the customer. This does not release the customer from responsibility for the correctness of the submitted and confirmed files and designs.

If the customer confirms the design, text, logo, layout, size, color, or other order detail, the order will be manufactured based on the confirmed information. After production has started, it may no longer be possible to make changes.

Prindinurk OÜ will not use customer logos, designs, or print files in its public portfolio, advertising, or social media without the customer's consent, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

6. Payment

Orders can be paid for using the payment methods displayed when placing the order in the online store.

In the Prindinurk OÜ online store, it is possible to pay with the following payment methods:

Estonian bank links;
bank card;
other payment methods displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS / MakeCommerce. The customer is redirected to a secure payment environment to complete the payment.

After completing the payment, you must click the button “Back to merchant” for the order to be correctly confirmed.

Prindinurk OÜ does not see or store the customer's internet banking login details or full bank card details.

7. Order Fulfillment and Production Time

The order fulfillment time depends on the content of the order, quantity, product availability, suitability of print files, design confirmation, and the chosen delivery method.

The usual production time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise indicated for the product or service.

Production time generally starts from the moment when:

the order has been paid for;
all necessary information has been submitted;
the print file or design is suitable for production;
the customer has confirmed the design or order details if necessary.

For larger orders, special orders, special materials, work requiring additional coordination, or during periods of higher workload, the production time may be longer.

If additional information, a more suitable file, or design confirmation is required from the customer to fulfill the order, the production time may be extended.

8. Delivery

Orders are delivered using the delivery method chosen by the customer or handed over by arrangement.

In the Prindinurk OÜ online store, you can choose from the following delivery methods:

Omniva parcel machine;
DPD parcel machine;
Itella SmartPOST parcel machine;
courier service, if selectable at checkout;
pick-up by arrangement, if specially agreed with the customer.

The exact selection of delivery methods and prices are displayed when placing the order before payment is made.

The usual production time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise indicated for the product or service.

After the order is completed, the usual delivery time in Estonia is generally 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method and transport service provider.

The estimated total time for an order depends on the production time and delivery time. Therefore, the usual total time is generally 4–9 business days, unless otherwise indicated for the product or service.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and contact details provided when placing the order are correct.

If the package is returned to Prindinurk OÜ due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an incorrect phone number, failure to pick up from the parcel machine on time, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the cost of re-sending may be borne by the customer.

After the order has been handed over to the transport service provider, Prindinurk OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by the transport company's operating procedures, but will assist the customer in clarifying shipment information if necessary.

9. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of receiving the goods. In the case of service purchases, the withdrawal period begins from the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear withdrawal statement to Prindinurk OÜ via email to info@prindinurk.ee.

The withdrawal statement should include:

customer's name;
order number;
the product to be returned;
date of receipt of goods;
customer's contact details.

In case of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without delay, but no later than 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal statement.

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, untainted, and, if possible, in their original packaging.

The customer may inspect the product in a manner similar to what would be possible in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, Prindinurk OÜ may reduce the refunded amount in proportion to the decrease in the product's value.

10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the customer's personal needs or specified conditions. The Law of Obligations Act provides an exception to the right of withdrawal, including for items made according to the consumer's personal needs or specified conditions.

For Prindinurk OÜ, the following are not subject to the usual 14-day right of withdrawal, for example:

clothing printed with the customer's logo;
products made based on the customer's design or print file;
products with personalized text;
custom-made DTF transfers;
prints made to the customer's desired size, quantity, or design;
products made based on a design confirmed by the customer;
other custom-made or personalized products.

This means that if a product is manufactured specifically according to the customer's order, design, logo, file, text, color choice, size, or other personal preference, it cannot be returned under the usual 14-day right of withdrawal.

The limitation of the right of withdrawal does not preclude the customer's right to submit a complaint if the product is defective or does not comply with the order.

11. Refund

If the customer is entitled to a refund, Prindinurk OÜ will refund the amount paid for the goods to the customer no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement.

Prindinurk OÜ may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the customer has provided proof of returning the goods.

The refund will generally be made to the same payment method the customer used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Direct costs associated with the return are borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error by Prindinurk OÜ or a defective product.

12. Submitting Complaints

If the goods do not comply with the contract terms or have a defect, the customer has the right to submit a complaint to Prindinurk OÜ.

In case of a defect in a product ordered online, the seller is liable to the consumer for the non-conformity of the item with the contract terms for two years.

Complaints should be sent to the email address info@prindinurk.ee.

The complaint should include:

customer's name;
order number;
defective or incorrect product;
description of the defect;
photos of the product, packaging, and defect;
customer's contact details.

Prindinurk OÜ will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than the period stipulated by law.

In the case of a defective product or one that does not comply with the order, Prindinurk OÜ may, depending on the situation, offer to repair, replace, manufacture a new product, reduce the price, or issue a refund.

13. When is a complaint not satisfied?

A complaint may not be satisfied if the defect or damage occurred due to the customer's actions, negligence, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Such cases may include, for example:

improper washing, drying, or care of the product;
disregarding care instructions;
normal wear and tear of the product;
mechanical damage after the goods have been handed over to the customer;
results arising from poor quality or incorrect print files submitted by the customer;
error in design, text, color, size, or layout confirmed by the customer;
use of the product in a manner for which it is not intended.

If the client confirms the design, text, logo, layout or other order detail, the order will be produced based on the confirmed information. In such a case, the result stemming from the client's confirmed data is not considered a fault of Prindinurk OÜ.

14. Color differences and production specifics

When it comes to printed products, it should be noted that the colors seen on the screen may differ from the actual printed color.

Color differences may be influenced by, for example:

client's screen settings;
file color profile;
material composition and color;
printing technology;
heat pressing conditions;
technical specifics of the production process.

Small color, location, or size tolerances that result from the production process and do not significantly affect the use of the product are not automatically considered a defect.

If a color difference, layout error, or other problem is significant and results from a fault of Prindinurk OÜ, it will be treated as a complaint.

15. Order cancellation

The client can request order cancellation by contacting us at the email address info@prindinurk.ee.

If the production of the order has not yet started, cancellation of the order may be possible.

If it is a personalized, custom-designed, or special order product and production has already begun, cancellation of the order or a refund may no longer be possible.

16. Processing of personal data

Prindinurk OÜ processes client's personal data for fulfilling orders, managing payments, delivering goods, communicating with clients, preparing invoices, resolving complaints, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Personal data necessary for making payments is forwarded to Maksekeskus AS / MakeCommerce.

17. Liability

Prindinurk OÜ is liable to the client to the extent stipulated by law.

Prindinurk OÜ is not liable for damages caused by incorrect information provided by the client, poor quality files, copyrighted materials, disregard of maintenance instructions, or improper use of the product.

The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use the logos, designs, images, texts, and files they submit.

18. Dispute Resolution

Prindinurk OÜ and the client shall try to resolve all disagreements through negotiations.

If the client has a complaint, it should be sent to the email address info@prindinurk.ee.

If the client and Prindinurk OÜ do not reach an agreement, the consumer has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or the Consumer Disputes Committee.
